agreed. I think they take advantage of their service. If there were to be a competitor, i think they would straighten up their act.
After an auction, i wanted them to transfer to godaddy, which they agreed. then they said that i had to transfer to another registar. Why didnt they tell me this before i bid!?! the name was transfered to a Japanese registar that didnt speak English. they only spoke Japanese! Im ok with the language, but if it were you, what would you do!? Also took them a month. within this month, they were making money off of the affiliate links. I contacted them many times and they were very slow with responding.
