I am trying to buy a domain name from someone in Mexico.

But getting no response.

Willing to pay a nice fee (several hundred) if you can contact the person (via phone or physically go to their address) and negotiate a purchase from them to me.

The domain is (I'm guessing) worth two thousand (well that's about my budget anyway)
