Indian Domains & Trademarks - please help

Hi,

I have some questions:

where do you find a search for indian domain trademarks?

if a company owns a US/UK trademark on a term but not an indian trademark on that term, do they have the ability to repossess the .co.in and .in for that domain? if so, how do they do this? is it through wipo?

Furthermore, can they pursue cybersquatting legal action against the domain owner (who does not live in the USA)?
