Somewhere in $xx undevelopped, and perhaps high $xxx if developped with some decent RSS news feeds and AdSense as a monetization method.

If only it were insurgents.org or insurgent.org then you would get all the heavy content and traffic from Iraq. If you do a Google News search, you will see about 22,500 current news links for "insurgents" vs only about 33 for "insurgence"...
