Old news. Bad decision imho. (I didn't read the decision through, so I don't know all the details of it though)

Correction: I guess that article isn't new but I had read about this over a month ago somewhere else...

Maybe it was a different but similar case I was remembering... or perhaps it hadn't been decided yet (when I read about it). In any case... It appears the parents are publicity stunt artists... for non profits supposedly. This could very well have just been another stunt, except that nowhere does it mention any business or non profit...
