To a domainer it's probably worth upto half a million - to an enduser - skys the limit.

Was vodka.com worth 3 mil? Yes, but only to one guy (well, 2 including the seller). To an investment bank trying to spend some tax dollars, a few million wouldn't hurt. And with the dollar so cheap at the moment...

Have any end users been notified - I should bloody well hope so!

even to the right domainer it should be worth 1 mil, he or she will end up finding the end user to pay the double that, this doesnt seem like it would be a very hard sell to a big bank or stock broker or land company,

agree that this is worth well over the 500 000k that i think it will fetch... but sometimes strange things happen in the auction. I think that it is worth in the region of 3-4mil to end user of course. If vodka went for 3 mil ...well just follow the money to investing and you have my logic.

Given the right advertising and shopping around, this name would easily be worth more than US$1M. Sedo might provide some good PR amongst domainers - personally I'd take it off target the marketing depts in investment banks etc.. Perhaps the new owner will do this. It's at $350k right now - way undervalued.

Anything under US$500K for a reseller would be a total steal - especially considering the weakened US dollar recently, we should see an influx of foreign capital coming into the US domain aftermarket... of course, domainers will adjust the value of their domains accordingly,...

I see a bidding war towards the end of auction if it's still under $500K.
