Hi all, recently InvestmentProperty.com.au was sold for 125k AUD and so I registered InvestmentProperty.com.sg, PropertyInvestment.com.sg and PropertyInvestment.sg just to try my luck out.

Singapore's domain industry is pretty much not developed yet, but in another 5-10 years maybe the domain industry here will slowly pickup?

Let me know what you guys think of it!

If only there were no dot sg on it.
I don't know how big the investment property market is there; the country is small.
If you develop and get top spot on Google, and there are real estate agents there who specialize in investment property....

Living in Singapore I can say that the real estate market is hotter than any place around right now. Prices for 1000sqft apartments in a high rise for decent area will cost you over $1,000,000 easy - probably closer to 2 or 3 mil. There is no aftermarket but if you approach some of the local real estate companies you may be able to sell...iproperty.com.sg, propertyguru.com.sg, theres others as im sure you are aware. Pricing though could be tough - people here aren't too familiar with domain values...but I imagine SGD $1,000 would be achievable.

Btw - I just bought SingaporeProperty dot info which has nice search volume and a global extension!

Thanks for the great insights. :)

I'll just do nothing with it for now since I'm busy with other projects, but as soon as I free myself again, I might either try to develop it into my own realestate site (hard) or try selling to those established websites that you mentioned.. :D
