Low $xxx undeveloped. Note that Invision has been tightining the screws on fan and community sites. I have seen quite a few mod and style sites get closed and they ware currently getting forwarded to IPBs homepage.

I havn't really seen any fan sites that got shut down. The biggest one today is probably http://www.invisionize.com (formerly known as IBPlanet).

So what do you guys think it will be worth with the traffic and the mods/skins/add-ons etc., ?

Pretty sure it would depend on traffic and stats.

Personally, with potential, I would say low-med $xxx. With the right content and the right amount of traffic, I think this site could go real far!
