I would like to sell this gem but not quite sure of potential value. Overture (878,000) and development are very strong for this domain.

Comercially solid.

Any ideas?

Overture (Yahoo searches) mean nothing if a website is not among the top 3 of 1st page. The dotnet extension makes it less than a gem.

I agree its not exactlly a gem in that extension but its still good.. To an enduser maybe 5K but much less to a reseller or another domainer. Still a good reg.
