It's a good domain name, but obviously would be a lot more valuable if it was .com.

This is one of those "if you're lucky and are contacted by somebody who has a real need for it, you'll get top dollar, otherwise not so much" type domain names. We've had four character domain names we've sold for vast sums and others that won't sell for even a few thousand dollars.
