Generally speaking, two keywords with "i" prefix are worthless.

I know of some contractors / carpenters that would definitely pay more than I paid to register it, the domains "speak" of what the tradesmen does "I Finish Basements", "I Remodel Kitchens", "I Remodel Bathrooms".

One thing I was trying to figure out is if it has more value to a construction company or tradesmen, or as a Nationwide Directory of business & carpenters, etc..

Thanks for your input.

I can find a contractor who can pay you $20 for this domain name but if you agree to develop a site there for him free.

Brandable domains that perhaps a small contracting business would like to use, The "I" conveys single owner/contractor, who generally are not willing to pay much for a presence on the web.... Most contractors rely on referrals and local advertising more than anything else.

iRemodelKitchens.com
iRemodelBathrooms.com

$50-$100 each (IF your lucky)
