is afternic email support too much slow?

yesterday my domain was sold on afternic, immediately i emailed them that its still in trasfer lock(60days) peroid & i need help from them. But its about 10 hrs already i haven't got any response yet.....what should i do now? suggestion needed

I noticed they reply on Monday usually if you sent support email on Saturday or Sunday.

then wait for afternic to contact you.

perhaps the buyer has account at same registrar and afternic can arrange a "push"

be patient.
