is afternic email support too much slow?

yesterday my domain was sold on afternic, immediately i emailed them that its still in trasfer lock(60days) peroid & i need help from them. But its about 10 hrs already i haven't got any response yet.....what should i do now? suggestion needed🤗

Hi,

I noticed they reply on Monday usually if you sent support email on Saturday or Sunday.

perhaps the buyer has account at same registrar and afternic can arrange a "push"
