I mean that every time I've tried to buy a domain through there, it's turned into a fiasco. And, these are five figure sales too.

No, but I emailed Tim Schumacher and it got sorted shortly after that. Just really funny how a customer service rep on the phone telling me "no way at all" can we do what we were asking, then a few hours later it gets done. lol

Well, you emailed CEO, he responded and with more power than the cust sevice rep solved your problem. Could have gone worse, no?

Sure, sure, but you'd think that emailing the ceo wasn't necessary to conduct a transaction. ;)
