I got some shoulder and back discomfort due to spending long hours on domaining.

Has domaining ever caused you physical problems? :?:

I'm sure your not the only one! A friend's doctor told him to get up from the computer more often than he does cuz he's putting on weight.

All i have so far is a comfortable indention of my arse in my captains chair!

I'm probably not getting enough sleep.

i think i stopped sleeping altogether when i started doing this. also my elbow hurts :(

stretch stretch stretch!

I have a bad back and shoulders too..

Find a few stretches that make you feel real good and do them when you wake up, before bed or both :)

i can't sleep...when i do ..i get nightmares of domains i forgot to renew.

:pound: me toooo

and my eyes are killing me so I have decided to cut back to 25 hours a day rather than 28hours

:yo:

My physical health is OK, just worries about the right hand that holds the mouse.
As for the mental health...

Hmmm.....I spend less time with my wife which leads to having less of a certain physical activity with her that is very healthy for us all.

Does that qualify?

When I first started in late 2003 I was a pure addict! :-/Everything used to hurt. I think I spent several months getting about 4 hours of sleep a night if that. I was neglecting my full time job = (having a girlfriend:sigh2:), my wrist started to hurt due to bad ergonomics amongst other activities:lock1:. But those were the early days before I realized it was more prudent and effective to focus on quality rather then quanity and before I had softwares to alleviate some of the stress.

I neglected my current lady friend for 2 days and had to make it up last nite. I just got home;)hurting in a good way. Nothing like a good 'ole denial of service attack via domaining..... ok, I think I'm still buzzed and being too open.:uhoh:

Off course! It surely does.

My main concern is less physical activity due to a sedentary job at home.

I have high cholesterol and a sedentary job exacerbates that.

Smoke some weed and your physical status is ok :D
