Is it worth buying (dot) com available domains with high search volumes

When I'm researching, I come across (dot) com domain names that are not taken having high search volumes like 10k, 20k searches / month and good suggested bid amount.

Now is it worth to grab these domains? Can we sell it just on basis of the search volumes?
