I dunno about that. One of my domains was misplaced after a Snap purchase. However, they did clear up the problem within a few days when I finally heard back from them.

I opened a ticket on 10/17/2008 and got no response so far.
My overall experience with Moniker has been good so far, but they definitely need more support reps

I've been very happy with Moniker so far. Been using them about a year. Their control panel, customer service, options, discounts are better than others I have experienced (about ten different companies).

but their escrow is great
and you can trust them as a registrar too

A few months back I would have responded to this that yes, they are the best.

Not so much anymore. I've been trying to reach my account exec several times over the last couple of months with no success. All I ever get from him are group emails advertising this auction or that.

I've submitted a ticket asking about this. I got a happy response that my support request has been forwarded to my account exec who "will be in contact soon".

Right.. well, of course he hasn't. Then I responded to the ticket that I haven't heard from him so could they maybe assign me a new account exec...

Next response I get is that due to inactivity this ticket has been closed.

I have what, over 700 domains with Moniker, and I bring them quite a bit of business through my website.

Fabulous offered to take care of my domains, they have lower prices for .coms, too. I think I'm going to move my stuff there come expiration date.

I have no experience with them as a registrar, but their handling of my domain submissions for auction was abysmal, so bad that I could never now use them as a registrar.

I've had issues with them..but as far as being a trustworthy registrar ?? I'd have to vote
