im trying to register some domains , but their biiling page always gives erors and there is no support help , like a ghost site ..

What errors do you receive?
To my knowledge there is supposed to be; however, if I email on a Friday, I usually don't receive a response until Monday.

That seems to be Moniker's biggest flaw - Lack of support on weekends, and it seems that is when most tech problems occur!
