Is MP3links.biz worth developing?

i own MP3links.biz

ive found a good script - its basically a meta tag search engine which concentrates on mp3's- he script costs $99.00

i could set the site up in less than an hour due the script but do you think its worth developing - im not willing to pay for advertising but im sure search engine traffic alone would be very high due the nature of the site
