Is there any cost to transfer .xxx domains?

I'll outline the following situation...

I'm interested in buying a .xxx domain.
Owner of the .xxx domain of interest and I agree on a price.
I send owner money, he pushes me name.
Is this a simple process like .com, or are there numerous steps associated with it, to include a fee for the transfer from one party to another?

If I could get some input, I'd really appreciate it :)
