Is it possible to host a subdomain with one of the PPC sites while hosting the main domain ourselves?

Ex: I want to have a website at abcdefgh.com, but i want to host marketing.abcdefgh.com with one of the parking sites like Fabulous or Domainsponsor.

Can we do that?

How can we host the subdomains at different places?

sure, frame or redirect the parts you want to park, and host the rest.
