What you think about it? Symbian is an OS used on mobiles. It getting more and more popular, also number of applications are very big. Symbian's logo is something like "i". So the domain iSymbian.com isn't so stupid
I don't know what about TM issues, but people can use "PalmOS" name so I think Symbian is not prohibited.
I have even made a logo: iSymbian Logo
