I am sad, (see I even made a huge time typo in the title bar, should be official, but whatever) during the last landrush I had better results. Got a few crappy e or i prefixed names. But this time, man not one.

Here is my list, I was after:

skills.eu
junk.eu
jury.eu
rule.eu
apples.eu
illustration.eu
luck.eu
exporting.eu
voters.eu
beaches.eu
journalists.eu
ibusiness.eu
Encyclopedia.eu
affair.eu
wallet.eu
soda.eu
renew.eu
repair.eu
lost.eu

Anyone had more luck?

Same me :violin:

SoftwareHouse.eu got that only, let me know of your thoughts please.

You mean you also scored none, zero, nada, nill, nops? The rush was even bigger this time around. A few registrar which don't even have website, registered everything. Ghost registrars.

Nothing this time...

Mee too! :closed_2:

I was checking LLL.eu

20 minutes before the start, I found with my big surprise one LLL.eu available which is number 3 in Italian:

tre.eu

wow! I ran to reg it, I did with GoDaddy but it was showing like Preregistration and whois in the mean time was KO. Panic....in the rush I thought, hell I will reg it with 2 more Registrars!
My Italian one who was giving tre.eu still for free about at the start of the landrush....and sibername....but Sibername was too slow and could not check anymore its whois with .eu
20 minutes later when the eu whois started to work......guess what?
tre.eu registered at 11.00 AM from someone in The Netherlands. Damn. I hope tre.eu was not free yestarday otherwise I`ll bite my hands! Does anyone know if it was under application or not? It was showing available 20 minutes before 11 AM ( Belgium time ).

Another one I was after was a german word and 3 letters:

ich.eu

registered at 11.00 AM from a German.

No hopes.:-(

Every domain name, that was due to be released today, was being showed as available around 20mins before 11.00AM. But the fact of the matter is that it was not free as of yet. Trying to hand register before time is useless.

Hey it seems a lot of us had bad luck this time? more than last time, I think.

Sibername is good, but they have some sort of an auction system, which sucks.

I did not know that.....but the strange thing is that tre.eu showed available while ich.eu never did

it is was tough luck this time round. quite discouraging indeed:(

I managed to pick up a few names that I was waiting for, but most were beaten to it too.

The registry had switched off registrations from last night until 11am today Belgian Time to ensure no one could sneak in before time and get a head start.

well, let me know if any one interested in Softwarehouse.eu :)

I did not know that....how did you find this?

Does anyone know if the name

tre.eu

could be free before and no one noticed it ?

Thanks

It is possible, although it might have been a glitch in the whois not showing some of the info... Don't feel bad - I had zero luck on all of the names I wanted. :faint2:

This info was on the newsletter sent out by EURid a couple of days beforehand. They did the same before open registration began too.

Whats up with this zero luck most of us experienced? Why was time much harder? Will next week be this hard, you think?

UKREGISTRAR which names did you got? Thx

next week shall be even harder as there would be even less domains
