What would be a good asking price, do you think?

thanx,
teatime

With two of them offered book deals you may have a site you could post information about them. It is hard to set a price unless it has some traffic already. Personally, I think the whole issue needs to be laid to rest, but that is just my opinion. :-)

The Jackson trial is all water under the bridge now, in my opinion. The domain's
potential is quite small. You might want to create a small content page and try
to get traffic which you could monetize. I think your domain is only worth high
$xx to low $xxx though. I wish you success in developing and/or selling that
domain.

do you reckon the books will a big hit, I own one of the names which was revealed to be the book title

yuk, we all sick of wackojacko, but will be reading books anyways

Re: the Book title domain post:
Good one, especially if it's the title that starts with "guilty as .....".
I think you should contact the publisher, author, her agent ( or whatever they have), etc.
Yuck, this is so sleazy.

I just want to sell the domains and forget it.
I'm goint to donate 50% of the proceeds to the International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect.

I personally am amazed that a jury member can release such a book!

Would there be any trade mark violations with the names, as I understand there are two books being released?

That's a question for an attorney -
try the legal issues forum here or -
on the Domainstate forum, the user jberryhill has given very helpful advice on similar issues.
I have read that you can't copyright, or TM, a book title(????)
And that is why you see many books over the years with identical titles ( ??? )

thanks for your help,

By the way, how would I find out the publishers/those interested in the particular name?

Matt
