I moved to the UK for work a couple of years ago and found that starting with temp roles through local agencies helped me get my foot in the door. Networking in community groups and checking smaller job boards worked better than the big sites for me. A friend even switched fields after finding some Floral Designer Certification Info online, which gave her a clear path to a niche job she enjoyed.

@nicenic my HongKong and IT Jobs in China groups are really small.. any ideas on how to get a boost for these? .. btw > if you have vacancies >> feel most welcome to post these there, and also at jobs.it.com .. + you will get some decent backlinks
