Siteoffers.com,
The reason you shouldnt post domain names that you dont own, is because it could in more then one way hurt the person that owns the domain name. A lot of people dont put there names up for appraisal because it brings opinions into play, and in many cases they are opinions that the potential seller doesnt agree with. If you want an idea of name.orgs, simply say so. You also have to remember that frequency of the name matters.

As one's own name, priceless. Otherwise, $500 - $1k

Edit: hey wait a minute, you don't own it???

He didn't own it when he posted the thread, but he just bought it from Josh (is my understanding) ;)

Buyer deserves privacy and I will respect that unless he cares to say.

I paid Joshua $5000.00 for the domain because my First name is Joshua (I go by william) but I always wanted Joshua.com (not for sale) so the next best thing Joshua.org..

So as to the value of the domain.. I guess I answered that myself.. as I paid $5000.00 for it. To me (Joshua) it is worth more. I plan to make it a personal / business blog I think.

But I guess it is worth $5000.00 now!?!?!

PS: Sorry I asked before I owned it. I didnt look at it in that prospective.

Thanks...

William AKA JOSHUA (but call me William)

Now if I could only find another joshua as crazy as me to buy it for $50,000? Hmmm...$

As I said, since it's your own name, it's priceless.

It's time I came out in the open. Josh is my friend and business partner but has been battling a very rare disease... He was trying to convince me to dump our .com portfolios and go after .mobis..

The $5K was money well spent on a famous Canadian rehab clinic and I must say having spoken to him on the phone recently it worked wonders...

Thank you Joshua (William)...
