I was planining on just affiliating to 888.com and gain some revenue share, this is a new doman it hasnt dropped

I have an option to not to register this domain and put it back on the web, I will have to pay around $155 for 2 yrs registry is it worth it or am I wasting my money. I dont have a money tree yet so it is quite alot to me. Any sugestions???

More than just relatively immune, they are COMPLETELY immune. A numeric domain has never been taken away for violating a trademark, since you can't trademark numbers.

I don't think it is worth the $150, if you had won $150 on the lottery or just had extra money lying around, it may be worth the risk for future value, however, it seems that paying that much for reg. fees has hurt your wallet a bit, I would go for the refund.
