Is it worth anything?

Or am I crazy!!!

Is that the one that dropped or did you hand reg it?

Well...of course it´s worth something...but that in case you are not receiving a letter from the 888.com company...

I thought numerics were relatively immune to TM

I was planining on just affiliating to 888.com and gain some revenue share, this is a new doman it hasnt dropped

It´s a good idea...but...I´m not sure they will aproove it...good luck anyway!

I have an option to not to register this domain and put it back on the web, I will have to pay around $155 for 2 yrs registry is it worth it or am I wasting my money. I dont have a money tree yet so it is quite alot to me. Any sugestions???

More than just relatively immune, they are COMPLETELY immune. A numeric domain has never been taken away for violating a trademark, since you can't trademark numbers.

WOW - Thankyou very much for your informative advice. But please can any one inform me if is work paying $155 for as this is a hell of alot of money to me.

Many Thanks

(P.S. Poor person - bought to many domains in small debt)

Does that mean you can trademark 501 as a drawing not a number???

Would that not mean the 501 charcter & style are registered not the number???

I don't think it is worth the $150, if you had won $150 on the lottery or just had extra money lying around, it may be worth the risk for future value, however, it seems that paying that much for reg. fees has hurt your wallet a bit, I would go for the refund.
