I use excel with domain , expiration , registrar and dns . I have renewed my best few domains for several years . I update my excel once a week or sooner if I buy/sell or change registrars. About 80% of my domains are at godaddy and 20% at moniker and few more. I am consolidating them to godaddy and moniker.
