don't think there is an option in keyboard although like in Office i think you can add the symbol or yet just copy and paste from a web page ill post them here for you

If you need special characters in windows:
Programs > Accessories > System tools > Character map

It's best to use the numbers on the keypad (not the ones above the letters), too. k:
