--This is a reverse case scenario. Overture has the most common order of words incorrect in this case (and many others) as is obvious. Folks are most commonly searching for "free cell phone(s)" obviously.

The returns are reversed as someone else said. It took me forever (and sizable loss of monies) to learn Suggestion Tool usually reports the returns based on alphabetical order A-Z (but not always that way at all times, which can make it even trickier). I wish they would do it uniformly and in correct order in all cases. It does seem in this case the searches are all for free cell phone as I doubt anyone would search for a cell free phone.

P.S. As proof, the OV returns are the same tested either way. Try it yourself.
