This one screams devolopment. Low as a domain but huge potential for self storage, storage containers, moving companies, moving supplies, closet storage.

Very catchy brand, too (and nice).

Devolop into a fiar site about one (or more than one, if related) of the above and you can turn it around to mid $xxx (the site) in 6 months (as long as you do it right).

Suggestion: Devolop for home-storage primarily with packing supplies and self storage links.

Let the name point to a wiki-page of a wiki in a wikifarm, you develop.
