Hrm..... KingdomOFH isn't as bad as you are all making it out to be -- there is some really weird niche stuff out there that can convert decently, if you know what you're doing with it.

I'd appraise it at low xxx, if you know the niche it will convert in.

The buyer is not a member of the forum. I started this thread after the agreement was reached.

I'm glad to see that I've now stirred some interest in appraising the domain :-D
BTW, don't give it a range e.g. $500-$700; it has to be a single number to qualify.
