kod.me or KO'd me (knocked out) is a wonderful name for anyone who wants to build a website or youtube type video site around professional boxing, UFC, mixed martial arts, etc.

BTW, "kod" means "code" (noun) in Russian and Ukrainian, and probably in some other Slavic languages too. So you'd better try to sell it to appropriate buyers.
