very nice. Forum names are a dime a dozen nowadays, but this one is Top of the Line.

A law firm could Easily capitalize on this name, being the Sole advertiser on a potentially very popular forum that They would secretly moderate.

I don't want to give an estimate though as I'm an interested buyer

LawForum.com - $10,000 is not unreasonable. Could be more to a motivated buyer. You should actually Create a forum for it to increase interest.

I would say between $10,000 and $15,000.

I would not sell it for any less the that and I would be looking to push more towards the $15,000 mark.

Yes depending on how you develop it.
Either as a site directory of other law forums, or the be all end al.

If you're looking to sell (to liquidate), i think max you could get is low - mid $x,xxx from "domainers".

4-5K undeveloped as it is now, or developed a bit more. I see there's a "site" there now, but development would have to mean more than a black/white logo and $100 forum script and 16 members. If you have current rev numbers that are impressive, that would boost price.

You should aim for $10,000 minimum. Setup the forum (use vb full license). If you put it up for sale and don't make that reserve, just wait a few months; spend a few hours/week building traffic. Maybe advertise to law school students to build traffic.
