What do you think? It gets about 1 type in a day.

1) Undeveloped

2) With a SEO'd searchable directory of 8,000 lawyer firms around the us (local lawyer search).

Thanks.

As a developed site with an 8000 law firms directory, its worth quite a bit. You'll need to develop it and put adsense on it and actually see how much revenue you generate, and then figure its value as a high multiple of that. Probably over $10K. Legal related ads do very well. One of my parked domains is a legal one and it does better than most of my others with the click thru rate.

My personal take is that it is worth $0.

LocalLawyer.com is the name to own, not the reverse. Do you think that you, as an individual web surfer, who is looking for a local lawyer, will think to type in LawyerLocal.com or LocalLawyer.com?

Just my $.02.
