I can't believe that these guys would appraise this at only 2k. This is like saying "rentals" in Europe. You "let" a property. There are holiday lets, short term lets, long term lets, etc. etc. Even if it didn't mean "rental" in European, I would still appraise it at far above 2k based on the regular meaning of the word.
I'd say develop it into a holiday rentals site for villas and apartments and realize it's true potential. Otherwise a quick flip would be worth mid 5 figures IMO.
