Loan Brains - SOLD
I'm selling loanbrains.com. I put a lot of time/money into developing this site and never really did anything with it. It has 6 unique articles written specifically for the site (the buyer will have full rights to them), a custom logo that I had professionally made, and mortgage calculators. It's set up to get a very high clickthrough rate to cj programs that pay up to $50 per application. I just never got around to promoting it.
Starting bid: $100

Home Make Money
home-make-money.com currently has a PR of 6 from some text links I purchased last month. It's also set up very nicely to get a high clickthrough from affiliate programs. I actually made 1 sale through clickbank in ~50 unique visitors. It has a custom written "sales pitch" that drives users to the affiliates. With a little promotion, this site could make quite a bit of money.
Starting bid: $75

Both sites have very minimal traffic and revenue, so consider this a non traffic/revenue sale. Also, I reserve the right to not sell if I don't get any reasonable offers.

How many affiliates we'd have to sign up with and edit links...just the 2?

Actually, they're through clickbank.com, so all you have to do is sign up for an account with them and you have access to thousands of affiliates. It's a very easy/good system they have set up.
