Hi is there someone that can tell me how to properly search for long tail keywords.

For an example i enter best weight loss recipes in Google keyword tool and the results show me: around 140 for global and 91 for local (u.s)

my questions are:

1. In the match type section what are you suppose to select for long tail keywords?

2. All those keywords under the results that shows crazy results can i considered the keyword good because of those keywords?( because if someone would buy that name best weight loss recipes (which is not available anyway it's an example) and develop with all those keywords does it make the best weight loss recipes long tail keyword a good pick or i can't count any of those keywords when i'm selecting a long tail keyword?

3. How do you go and find good available long tail keywords?

Thanks
Eric

3. See Google's suggested keywords, if there's any exact search terms and if there's low competition to rank.

There are also paid programs that essentially do the same thing.

Hi David and thanks for your answer

So i went on and type : best weight loss recipes in google search bar and here was the results:
best weight loss recipes ( but that's the one i search right does the first one count?)
best weight loss recipes for woman
'' '' '' '' free
15 best weight loss recipes

so after that what do i do David because if i understand what you are telling , in this example there is no exact search term

so far do i understand right?

Thanks
