I'm looking to buy an existing gaming site, with the following requirements:

1. you must have built and own the website & codebase - not just some white labeled, affiliate type of site, etc. I must have full rights to use, modify, & duplicate any code as I see fit.

2. site must be suitable for all ages, preferably a generic gaming site, not targeted to a specific gaming niche

3. any backend coding would preferably be php/mysql

4. must have reliable revenue and revenue stream(s) with historical data

5. full disclosure of stats, bandwidth usage, revenues, advertising efforts, data feeds, other costs, etc.

6. complete description of any required maintenance, estimates of monthly time to keep site updated, etc...

Will be happy to sign an NDA to discuss as necessary. Basically, I don't want to start from scratch, I want to buy an established reputable business so I can grow it from there.
