I've decided to switch from PSD-based templates, what I'm really looking for are simple, crisp CSS and text based templates, light on graphics (little to no graphical elements, all text, css, rollovers, etc).
Willing to pay a reasonable amount. Everytime I search for this I end up on the standard template sites which are usually heavy on the graphics and psd based.
Is there a hidden nugget somewhere that specializes in the crisp, simple, css-based templates I'm looking for?
