looking for script site webmaster

hi, I have these 3 domain names:

http://www.phpbin.net
http://www.phpcollection

unfortunately, I don't know any PHP myself. I am looking for a PHP expert who is willing to become a webmaster of a script website ( either he writes them himself or organise archives him/herself.

He/she gets to use all 3 of these domains ( redirect 2 of them if needed). We will use Ad-banner to generate revenue.

As for the profits, I get 35 percent. The webmaster gets 65 percent.

The type of person I am looking for:

1.Expert in cgi, php
2.Has experiece managing large traffic websites
3.Knows how to promote websites
4.Honest
