Looking to buy Established Sites $X,XXX (ANY) Possibly $XX,XXX
Must be Under 130,000 Alexa | 180,000 is the absolute max i'll accept
Looking for sites under 100k Alexa and for $XX,XXX 70K alexa below
Looking to buy established sites PR 6-8(8 obviously towards the XX,XXX) end
Sites shold get a minimum of 500 uniques/day - preferebly 1000/uniques/day
Dealing with Webmaster(prefered or techies).
Income (after expenses) should make $1000+/month $500-$700 a month is fine if the site runs itself. I PREFER $1000+/month
