Am I correct in the dates stated?

2 Years: 2006.
Not before Dec 1 2006.

This means they must be created between dec 1 and dec 19 2006.

Did you mean not registered AFTER Dec 1?

please note that i am not looking for names that you want thousands of dollars for... i am only looking for decent .com domains, with obvious potential once developed, priced as in a "fire sale" and in bulk discount... not looking to pay more than a few hundred bucks per domain.
