I am looking to "hire" a web designer in the sense that I will need pages designed from time to time for my site. My site is already built, it just needs a few pages added to it and I would like to build a relationship with someone that I can ask to help add things to my site from time to time. Basically each page needs a template page, a php page, and the content needs to be added to my language file so I can change it whenever I need to. Like stated, php is what it is written in and it uses smarty tags. I will describe the job to you more if you are interested. But besides the pages I may get you to update graphics from time to time or other small things like that.
