I picked up a new site mtv2.tv and I'd like to make a site that allows unknown bands to upload thier own videos to the site.

I need to keep this pretty simple and cheap.

I already found a pretty cool template that I think I might use as the front page, but lets talk.

I'm looking to get this done by the end of Feb.
