I do need members but here is the situation as of now, the domain LoserForums.com now points to the appropriate forum with an arcade of 50+ games, a shop and 17+ members.

I guess if someone was really intimidated to buy it, they could reasonably offer $25 for it, but unless you find that person, I think $10 would be a max if anything :/

That's just my opinion though.

LoserForum would be worth slightly more, but in any event, the license for the forum software is clearly worth more than the domain.

Develop it. Go and get some advertising, get some original popular content and then ask us the value of it.

You can't just take some random name, slap a forum on it, and consider it developed. The forum doesn't even have anything to do with the name. Developing means creating your own unique content or service suited for the name.

I've already appraised this name, but I noticed several responses urging the registrant to develop the domain. Concerning this issue of whether a crappy domain should be developed or dumped, allow me to refer you to some of my other comments:
