For sale is the developed PR5 website www.Lowering-High-Cholesterol.com
The domain was launched April 16 2005, showing consistent traffic levels and revenue figures for more then 6 months.
On average, the site has earned about $6 per day, with some days amounting to as much as $23+.
Revenue is largely generated through Adsense, with some affiliate commissions aswell (minimal)
With the homepage a PR5, I am leaving money on the table with text link ad revenue which could also be generated. You could very easily sell PR5 sitewide links for $20 per/month, say for example you only had 3 text link avertisers on board at any one time, that's $60 per month, and an additional $720 in link ad revenue a year. (text link ad figures only shown as an example)
Revenue and traffic stats can be shown to serious buyers.
This domain is due to be released from the Google sandbox aswell, which should see the site easily doubling traffic levels and income.
Due to solid proof of income being shown for more then 6 months, I feel it's appropriate I at least get 12 month's income for this site, which would be at least $2190 usd.
In the right hands, this site could be earning alot more, if other revenue generation avenues are explored and more work is spent on the site. Also, I should note I have spent negligible amounts on marketing for the site.
