Some sense comming to the market place finally!

Maestro is a dictionary word with many meanings in many spheres. It is about time that this domain hijacking was brought to an abrupt end. The owner had not carried out any 'bad faith' in registering or using the domain and therefore it did not infringe on the TM.

Great result. Unfortunately tomorrow, or next week/month/whatever another similar case will be heard and a contrary decision made! But let us hope this case will reinforce the rights of domainers and website owners against the bullying tactics that have become rife.
