Has anyone used those MASS mailing lists for Domain Buyers? And does it work?

EverydayIncome.com will send my domain names to Opt-In Domain buyers... 20,000 for $400. Is it worth it?

Has anyone ever made some $$$ off these?

Like many others experienced here, "buyers" tricked me to pay for appraisal certificates, its a rip off.
